55m Support Vessel
Customer's Design
Our concept is inspired by vessels developed for commercial use which are devised to perform in extreme sea conditions. This project blends in with the other yachts in the fleet as it offers an alternative way to cruise when the client already owns a superyacht and needs to have a second one to store submarines, tenders and toys or a helicopter and to house extra staff and crew members. This Support Vessel can be designed and equipped to accommodate the owner and his guests too, should they wish to stay on board.
Exteriors Gallery
With a stern area measuring 224sqm, the RSY 55m concept has ample space to accommodate both a helicopter touch-and-go platform and store all the water toys needed. Featuring a steel and aluminium keel which guarantees safe navigation in rough seas and efficiency whilst cruising, the RSY 55m provides unparalleled comfort at sea.
Interiors Gallery
Spacious exteriors, even larger interiors: alongside the owner’s suite, the RSY 55m accommodates 3 double guest rooms on the main deck and up to 7 cabins in the crew area on the lower deck. Low hydrodynamic resistance, aluminium and composite materials for the top deck, all combined with calibrated weight distribution and a low centre of gravity are key-factors in reducing motion and increasing comfort while underway.
